After-sales assistance is official Lofra, expert technicians capable of not only providing repairs, but also providing real support for managing and maintaining the product in the correct way.

With a distribution network of over 115 specialized centers, Lofra is one of the few companies that still provides local technical support. Also in line with environmental sustainability policies, products are repaired with original spare parts, ensuring a long-lasting, functioning appliance.

Upon request, the CATs are also able to provide installation of the product, be it an induction hob or an induction cooker.
