Sales Returns and Refunds
At Rustilia, we understand that sometimes products may present inconsistencies upon purchase. Therefore, please review our return policy.
14 Days: You have fourteen days to return a product from the date of arrival. Any discrepancies in your purchase must be reported immediately by email to this company at postmaster@rustilia.com, which will process your request and handle the return.
Satisfaction Guarantee : With the "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy, you can return the purchased product if it doesn't meet your expectations. In this case, you can return it without providing a reason within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. The return conditions are the same as those indicated in the following paragraphs.
Return conditions: A return must include the original packaging, accessories, and all accompanying documents. Furthermore, the product must be returned in perfect condition.
Returns Process: Once you contact Rustilia Customer Care, they will verify the product's eligibility for a return. The product will be returned and inspected for all items listed. If the return is successful, the amount paid will be refunded, minus shipping costs and any damage or missing parts.
Refund: Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been verified, and only then will you be asked to select the refund method. In the event of missing parts or damage, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount as compensation. The customer will receive the refund within 30 days From Rustilia.com's acceptance of the refund. This can only be made to a current account in the customer's name. If the product is requested to be returned while it is in transit, i.e., has not yet left the customer's warehouse, the refund will be made within 15 days of acceptance by Customer Care.
Product Exchanges: If you wish to return an item to purchase a new replacement, please contact our Customer Care team at postmaster@rustilia.com. An exchange is still possible, provided the unwanted item is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by all documentation. If these minimum requirements are not met, an exchange is still possible, subject to the "Refund" section.
Return shipping costs . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. In exceptional cases, the company reserves the right not to charge any return shipping costs. The customer can choose to pay for the shipping costs themselves, in which case they will not be added to the refund amount.
Damaged or defective product: If you receive damaged products, please contact our Customer Care team immediately to report the incident at postmaster@rustilia.com. Customer Care will handle the replacement at Rustilia.com's expense.
