"Rustilia" Terms of Sale. These conditions apply to all products on the portal. We chose Lofra kitchens for their reliability and history, Movistar Italia for the craftsmanship of their master craftsmen in producing chairs and armchairs, and SogoSA for the quality of their materials.

1. Ordering Process
Before confirming your purchase, please make sure all shipping information is correct.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown include VAT (22%) and door-to-door delivery costs.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made by experienced couriers throughout Italy. If the packaging is damaged, please accept delivery with reservations. This is in case the product is damaged and can be replaced. Installation is not included in the price and can be performed by any courier of your choice. The company is not responsible for damage or malfunction due to incorrect installation.
4. Returns and Refunds
You can return the product within 14 days of purchase, provided the packaging and all accessories are intact. Returns are not accepted if the product has been used. In any case, the company will inspect the packaging, product, accessories, and documentation. Only after inspection will it proceed with a refund or a voucher for a future purchase, within 30 days of the refund authorization. If the product has not yet left the warehouse, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.
5. Warranty
All products are covered by a warranty starting from the date of purchase shown on the purchase document. Please note that in the event of warranty service, the purchase document will always be required and must be kept safe. Otherwise, the Authorized Service Center will be unable to carry out the service. Upon purchase, the consumer, having completed the required procedures, will receive a legal document that allows them to benefit from the warranty beyond the two-year period required by law.
5-Year Extended Warranty – How It Works and What It Covers
The free warranty extension from 2 to 5 years is a true additional commercial warranty, offered directly by Rustilia. It covers the same manufacturing defects and malfunctions as the standard 2-year warranty, at no additional cost to the customer.
To obtain it, simply:
- Register your product , request the form to register your purchase.
- Refer a friend or family member , inviting them to register for free on our portal (there is no obligation to purchase for them, who will still receive a 5% discount code on their first order).
Upon completion of these two simple steps, you will receive an email An official document certifying the warranty extension of up to 5 years , valid for all intents and purposes. A concrete commitment on our part to guaranteeing quality, transparency, and maximum protection over time.
