Sautéed prawns with lemon and parsley (serves 4)

Sautéed Shrimp with Lemon and Parsley – Portable Induction Cooking

(for 4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 400g of peeled prawns (fresh or thawed)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Juice of 1 organic lemon

  • Chopped fresh parsley to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure (on a portable induction hob):

  1. Set the power to 6/10
    Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a non-stick pan and heat it for 1 minute , then add the whole garlic cloves.
    Let them brown lightly for 2 minutes , then remove them.

  2. Increase the power to 8/10
    Add the shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes , turning once. They should turn pink and lightly golden.

  3. Add the lemon juice
    Continue cooking for 1 minute at medium power (6/10), to evaporate the excess liquid.

  4. Turn off and complete
    Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with plenty of chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Total cooking time on induction hob: approximately 7-8 minutes
Tip : Use a flat-bottomed, induction-compatible pan to ensure even cooking.
