Induction requires a different hood - Dolcevita 120cm hood
120 cm kitchen hood, Burgundy Red. Anti-condensation suction power, ideal for induction hobs. Thanks to its suction power, the hood can handle induction hobs, which generally tend to humidify the air and therefore weigh it down, making traditional hoods ineffective. Dolce Vita is the symbol of Made in Italy abroad; this product has long represented Lofra worldwide.
A good induction hood is a fundamental element in any kitchen, but it becomes even more important when you have an induction hob. This type of hob generates less heat than traditional hobs, but produces more water vapor and condensation. A suitable hood is therefore able to:
Eliminate water vapor, odors and grease:
- Water vapor from food products during cooking can cause condensation to form on kitchen cabinets and walls, posing a risk of mold and stains. An effective extractor hood removes water vapor from the air, keeping the kitchen dry and healthy.
- Cooking fatty foods produces odors and volatile compounds that can permeate the air and be unpleasant. A range hood with good odor filters captures these substances, purifying the kitchen air.
- Food cooked on an induction hob can release tiny particles of grease into the air. A range hood with an efficient grease filter captures these particles, preventing them from settling on kitchen cabinets and surfaces.
The Lofra family of extractor hoods are produced and checked one by one by a careful quality control.
